RGA Number

Return Policy

All returns must have an RGA number clearly written on the package. Packages that do not have the RGA number on them will NOT be accepted. Please call ahead to 620-431-9196 to obtain RGA#.

NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS

FOR ALL RETURNS - Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and any outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount in addition to factory restocking fees.

Exceptions are mfg. defefcts that affect the intended function of the product or are not built within specs. This MUST be pre-approved before the return will be accepted.

Restocking Fee

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all products returned for reasons other than factory defects or incorrect item shipped by mistake on the part of Young’s Products, LLC.
